I still eat very little. I probably ate as much in 12 days as I usually eat in 2 days. Those who know me will say that it did me quite good. There is a peak on Friday the 13th. Even if I only “confirmed” at the end of this period that there was a peak on the 13th, I definitely felt it that day. I have never been in such a state. The fever still isn't going down. It's been almost a week that I've been fluctuating between 37.8 and 38.2, it's not a high fever either. On the 16th and 17th, I still sleep at least 6 hours a day, in addition to nights of more than 8 hours. I'm not good at anything else. I still have telephone/Skype meetings with clients (and prospects). It really is a huge effort to try to stay alert, to “hit” and to look the part.
Fortunately these calls are made with one of my partners who takes charge of the appointments Email Data so that my condition is as transparent as possible with our contact. The 15th was very clear: 7 to 14 days. Even though this infection is recent, the indications were quite precise. Indeed, I clearly feel an upward curve from Wednesday the 18th. I only sleep 4 hours during the day, 2 hours on Thursday the 19th and 2 hours on Friday the 20th. Oddly/fortunately my wife didn't trigger any symptoms (nor did my 3 year old twins). I didn't send him anything? Is she a “healthy carrier”? We won't know. Review of 12 days off due to coronavirus This morning, I think it's behind me. A priori I have not infected anyone at home, or in any case, without visible symptoms.
I am a priori “contaminating” 20 days, so still 1 week before I can at least go shopping or even just to the bakery at the foot of the building. Finally after these 14 days “off”, I tell myself that I was probably very lucky “to have the corona virus” at the start of the epidemic. If the virus mutates, a priori, I am protected. A priori from today, I no longer risk catching it or transmitting it. But in fact, no one knows anything about it and it is not said that having had it provides immunity. If you are also affected, from what I understand from my discussions with the medical profession: don't worry as long as you do not have respiratory problems. I am not a doctor and I do not allow myself to give medical advice or a recommendation. I am only relaying the indications received.
